Members of The Four H can only exhibit rented animals during 4 H shows to show rented project animals. More information can be found in the 4-H Animal Science Lease Program Fact Sheet. The project plan must be checked by the manager, sponsor and tenant before the rented animal is put on show to ensure that the responsibilities are carried out by the tenant. The director and sponsor sign the section on compliance with the lessee`s rules in the project plan and a copy of the signed project plan is sent to the district extension office. For each rented animal, a project plan must be signed and submitted. Cows can only be rented and displayed as project animals if they were rented by the 4 H member during the project years, when they were calves or years. .
